Robert O’Connor, Jr.
Mr. O’Connor joined Loftware in March 2010 as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. With over 25 years of experience in executive management of software companies, he brings a proven track record of success in company leadership, market development, sales execution, product strategy, software development, strategic partnerships, company funding and service on Boards of Directors. Before joining Loftware, Mr. O’Connor served as President and CEO of Softrax Corporation, an enterprise software company he led from inception to acquisition. Prior to Softrax, Mr. O’Connor was CEO of RBS Group, Inc., a software and services company that grew to become IBM’s largest business partner in New England. Mr. O’Connor is a graduate of Georgetown University and received his MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Eric Anderson
Mr. Anderson’s long career in the auto identification and supply chain industry dates back to 1984 at a small Boston firm that co-authored the industry-standard barcode symbology, Code 39. Later in 1986, Mr. Anderson joined Intermec Corporation, a Seattle, WA based manufacturing company and a leader in barcode data collection, scanner, printer hardware and media products. In 1988 Intermec was acquired by Litton Industries where Mr. Anderson was responsible for growing a lucrative sales territory for the company. Joining the company in 1995, he served Loftware as CEO until his retirement in early 2010 while remaining as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Loftware.

Ed Irwin
Mr. Irwin, a founding partner of Shore Points Capital, brings more than 20 years of private equity and merchant banking experience to the board. From 1996 to 2006, at BNP Paribas, Mr. Irwin originated and executed equity investments in a variety of sectors, including software, electronics, telecommunications, aerospace, power equipment, restaurants and supply chain management. On behalf of Shore Points Capital or BNP Paribas, he served or serves as a board member or board observer of Loftware Inc.; ARGI; SirsiDynix; TSD Rental; Turner Brothers; Global Power Equipment; OK International and Racal Electronics. Before joining BNP Paribas, Mr. Irwin worked for 12 years at Chase Manhattan Corporation, most recently as a Principal and founding member of Chase Capital, Chase’s original private equity investing group (a predecessor to JP Morgan Partners). In addition to his experience at Chase Capital, Mr. Irwin worked in Chase’s Merchant Banking Group, the Recovery and Restructuring Group and Operations Management. Mr. Irwin received a B.A. degree from Harvard College and an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Thomas S. Rittenhouse
Mr. Rittenhouse has been a member of Loftware’s Board of Directors, Compensation Committee and Chairman of the Audit Committee since 2005. Mr. Rittenhouse is a seasoned executive with a 39–year career in the retail and global supply chain industries. From 1997 until his retirement in January 2004, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Uniform Code Council, Inc. a global organization which sets standards for bar–coding and electronic commerce. Since September 2004, he has been a consultant to Ralston Center, a not–for–profit organization which develops programs and services that address the medical, mental health and quality of life needs of older adults and in December 2009 was elected Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Mangers of the organization. Mr. Rittenhouse also sits on the boards of A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts, Inc., StarCite, LLC, University of Pennsylvania Institute on Aging, and Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge.

Steve Alexander
Mr. Alexander, a founding partner of Shore Points Capital, brings more than 24 years of private equity and merchant banking experience to the firm. Mr. Alexander originated, and from 1989 to 2006 headed up, Paribas’ and BNP Paribas’ private equity investment activities for North America. He originated and executed equity investments in a variety of sectors, including media, electronics, specialty chemicals, business services, restaurants and healthcare services. On behalf of Shore Points Capital or BNP Paribas, he served or serves as a board member or board observer of numerous companies, including ARGI; Loftware; Breckwell; TSD Rental; Alabama Outdoor Advertising; Special Devices, Inc.; Reilly Corporation; Nursefinders; Astra and Huddle House. Mr. Alexander received an MBA and BA with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mark Shufro
Prior to founding Greyrock Capital Group in 2001, Mr. Shufro worked at Bank of America from 1991 to 2000 where he last served as president of the Bank’s middle market corporate finance group. From 1981 to 1990 he held positions at GE Capital in finance, consumer finance, securitization, leveraged leasing and leveraged buyout lending. Mr. Shufro is a graduate of Brown University with a combined degree in Math and French and holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Management.

Robert B. Schmidt
Mr. Schmidt has been an advisor to the Board of Directors of Loftware Inc. since 2006. Mr. Schmidt was Vice President of Fletcher Spaght and head of its High Technology Practice Group from 1996 through the end of 2008. Before joining Fletcher Spaght in 1988, Mr. Schmidt was EVP and Chief Operating Officer of Dorman Bogdonoff, a manufacture of membrane switches and keyboards. Mr. Schmidt was a founder and CFO of Massachusetts Computer Corporation (now Concurrent Computer Corp), and CFO of Frequency Sources, Inc., a publicly held manufacturer of microwave components and subsystems. Now semi–retired, Mr. Schmidt actively led strategy–consulting projects in his practice group, and remains involved in sourcing and evaluating potential investment candidates for Fletcher Spaght Ventures, where he is a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Schmidt has been a board member of a number of public companies, and is an Observer or Board Member of two venture–backed portfolio companies of Fletcher Spaght Ventures, Soleo Communications and TSD Rental, Inc.
